The Basics of Job Development

Connecting with employers is one of the most effective ways to help someone find work. For many vocational support professionals, it can be difficult to cultivate that relationship. This live online training will arm you with the basics of the three-visit job development model so you feel more confident at your next employer meeting. 

While this training is not pre-approved for CESP Continuing Education (CE) credit at this time, it aligns with CESP content, and documentation of attendance will be provided. Attendees are encouraged to submit this for credit for CESP recertification.
