Working together only works when job seekers are engaging with you. Building rapport and connection is fundamental to effective working relationships. Having the strategies and tools to outreach and engage with jobseekers can strengthen rapport and information-sharing. Join this live online training to learn ways to connect with jobseekers and build better, more collaborative relationships.

While this training is not pre-approved for CESP Continuing Education (CE) credit at this time, it aligns with CESP content, and documentation of attendance will be provided. Attendees are encouraged to submit this for credit for CESP recertification.
