Understanding Goals

Job goals don't come from nowhere. Career aspirations are intricately linked with other goals and motivating factors. This live online training will give you goal-setting frameworks and tools to use with your jobseekers to help you better understand what's driving them and help them understand how to get there. 

While this training is not pre-approved for CESP Continuing Education (CE) credit at this time, it aligns with CESP content, and documentation of attendance will be provided. Attendees are encouraged to submit this for credit for CESP recertification.
