There is so much misinformation out there about working and getting public benefits. Navigating employment with benefits like Social Security and SNAP can be confusing and challenging. As a vocational support professional, it's important to understand the basics to help people make informed choices around work and plan for financial success as they begin a new employment experience. Join this live online training to get a baseline understanding of how public benefits are affected by earned income and how to help people make an educated decision around going to work. 

While this training is not pre-approved for CESP Continuing Education (CE) credit at this time, it aligns with CESP content, and documentation of attendance will be provided. Attendees are encouraged to submit this for credit for CESP recertification.
